摘 要:根据化学反应原理考察了不同混合酸成分在化学滴定时相互影响,提出用化学滴定测定混合酸的连续工艺和计算公式,达到简单、快速、准确测定混合酸各组分浓度的目的.采用本法,对某电镀企业提供的未知多组分混合酸进行滴定,结果显示:混合酸主要含有硝酸、硫酸和氢氟酸,而不含铬酸、盐酸和磷酸;其中,硝酸、硫酸和氢氟酸的质量分数分别为1.52%,89.46%,0.193 5%.经化学沉淀法和离子色谱法对混合酸中各种酸含量进行验证,证明本方法能够满足实际测定需求.According to the principle of chemical reaction, the effects of different acids on each other were investigated. A continuous process and formulas of chemical titration for mixed acids determination were developed, which achieved simple, fast, accurate determination purposes of the concentration of each component in mixed acid. With this method, a kind of unknown polycomponent mixed acid offered by electroplating enterprise was titrated. The results show that it contains nitric acid, sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid, and the percentage compositions of them are 1. 52%, 89.46%. 193 5%, respectively. The acids' content verified by chemical precipitation method and ion chromatography proved that the titration method is enough to meet the physical determination demands
