摘 要:Buck变换器在电力电子及传动中得到了广泛的应用,为了减少其工作过程中的开关损耗和开关噪声,本文提出了一种新型Buck软开关电路拓扑结构图,将谐振电路与主开关并联,谐振过程则不受负载电流大小的影响;主开关导通前先使辅助开关导通,实现了主开关和辅助开关的零电压开通和关断。本文详细分析了软开关过程,并推导了谐振电路参数和辅助开关最小占空比计算公式,仿真结果表明了所设计电路的正确性。Buck converter has been found widely application in power electronics and power drives.In order to decrease its switching loss and noise in the operation,this paper proposes a novel soft-switching topology of Buck converter,and the resonant circuit is paralleled with the main switch,which makes the resonant process free from the effect of load.Before the conduction of the main switch,the auxiliary switch conducts,and zero-voltage turn on and turn off the main and auxiliary switches are realized.This paper analyzes the process of soft-switching in detail,and the resonant parameters and minimum duty cycle of auxiliary switch are deduced.The simulation shows the validity of the design.
