摘  要:单相高频链矩阵式逆变器由直流输入侧单向开关H桥逆变器、高频变压器和交流输出侧矩阵变换器三部分构成。针对矩阵式变换器如何实现阻感性负载安全换流的关键问题,结合研究对象拓扑结构的特点,运用解结耦分析思想,提出一种新的解结耦SPWM调制策略。文中阐述了该方案协调工作的控制原则,设计了相应的开关组合逻辑,详细分析了SPWM高频开关工作周期内电路的工作模态,总结了其切换规律,进行了相关的软件仿真和实验验证。研究结果表明,该策略可较为有效地解决高频链矩阵式逆变器的阻感性负载换流问题,且可以实现软开关动作。A single-phase high frequency link matrix inverter is selected as the study object, and it is made up of three parts such as unidirection full-bridge H type inverter in the DC input side, high frequency transformer and matrix converter(MC) in the AC output side. Aiming at the key problem of how to achieve safe commutation under the RL load condition, the paper analyzes the topology of the study object, and then puts forward a novel modulation strategy as De-Re-couple SPWM by using De-Re-couple analysis idea, the paper gives out the control principle suiting to the new strategy, and designs the combination logic for the MC power devices. A thoroughly analysis of the MC working modes and some switching rules are shown in detail in the paper. Computer simulation and experiments are done, and the results are brought out. All of them show that the De-Re-couple SPWM is efficient to solute the commutation problem under a RL load and can be with a soft switching running, and they also confirm the feasibility and the effectiveness of the novel strategy and the control logic.
