摘  要:研究了H桥级联型逆变器在45°坐标系下简化空间矢量调制,其扇区定位与矢量作用时间计算非常简单,并且易于向每相任意个数H桥级联型逆变器扩展。重点研究了45°坐标系中,通过对简化空间矢量调制方法的改进来实现逆变器输出性能的优化。调制方法的改进具体如下:①为了减少逆变器功率器件的开关损耗,研究了开关频率优化算法,在满足逆变器同样输出要求的同时可以有效减少开关次数;②为了减少逆变器产生的共模电压,研究了抑制零序电压输出的调制算法,其可以有效减少逆变器输出电压中的共模电压,使共模电压在极小的电压范围内波动。最后,仿真与实验结果验证了本文所提方法的正确性。A simplified space vector modulation is researched in 45°coordinate system for H bridge cascaded inverter in this paper.The modulation method is simple for sector location and time calculation and is easy to be expanded to cascaded inverter with arbitrary number H bridge in each phase.The key research of the paper is to achieve inverter output performance optimization by the improvement of the simplified modulation method in 45°coordinate system.Specific improvement of the modulation method as follows:①In order to reduce the switching losses,switching frequency optimization algorithm is researched.It can effectively reduce the number of switch in the same output requirement.②In order to reduce the common-mode voltage,the modulation algorithm of inhibition zero-sequence voltage output is researched.It can effectively reduce the common mode voltage in output voltage for cascaded inverter and make the common-mode voltage fluctuate in small voltage range.Finally,simulation and experimental results verify the correctness of the proposed method.
