摘 要:目的探讨血清胱抑素c在早糖尿病肾病患者肾功能评价中的诊断价值。方法选取114例糖尿病患者,入院测定肾小球滤过率(GFR),根据GFR分为两组:A组47例,GFRl〉90ml/min;B组67例,GFR〈90ml/min。同时测定胱抑素C、肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、尿微量蛋白等,比较两组胱抑素C水平,同时分析影响胱抑素c的因素。结果两组间胱抑素c水平比较差异有统计学意义,相关分析显示胱抑素C除了与GFR、尿素氮、尿酸等密切相关外,与年龄、糖尿病病程、HbAlc也密切相关。结论胱抑素c可以作为早期发现糖尿病患者的肾脏损害一个检测指标。Objective TO evaluate the meaning of Cystatin C in early diabetic nephropathy diag- nosis. Methods 114 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups by glomerular filtration rate( GFR), there were 47 patients with GFR more than 90ml/min in A groups,67 patients with GFR less than 90ml/miu in B groups. Cysatin C , serum creatinine(Scr) , blood area nitrogen (BUN), uric acid(UA), fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAle) , urine microalbumin , et al were measured in all patients. Cysatin C was compared between two groups via Ttest; the correlation was analyzed by multivariate correlation analysis. Results Cysatin C levels were sig- nificant higher in A groups than those in B groups. Multivariate correlation analysis showed that Cysatin C was significantly associated with GFR,BUN,UA and also associated with age,diabetes duration , HbAlc. Conclusions Cystatin C could be an early marker in finding diabetic nephropathy.
