摘　　要：目的探讨生长分化因子-15（GDF-15）在哈萨克族心力衰竭患者中的发病意义及其与左房内径（LAD）、左室舒张末内径（LVEDd）、左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室短轴缩短率（FS）的相关性。方法以90例新疆哈萨克族心力衰竭患者（NYHA1I-IV级）及30例哈萨克族对照组受试者为研究对象，均采空腹静脉血，测定血浆GDF-15水平，行超声心动图测定各项心功能指标并进行比较。结果（1）哈萨克族心力衰竭患者血浆GDF-15水平显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。（2）哈萨克族心力衰竭患者血浆GDF-15水平随着心功能分级的增加而升高（P〈0．01）。（3）相关分析显示，血浆GDF-15与心功能分级、LAD、LVEDd呈正相关（P〈0．01），与LVEF、FS呈负相关（P〈0．01）。结论哈萨克族心力衰竭患者血浆GDF-15水平升高，并与心功能分级、LVEDd、LVEF及FS关系密切，与心力衰竭病情程度有一定的相关性。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of growth differentiation factor 15 （GDF-15） in the Kazaks patients with heart failure （HF）, and its Correlation with the left atrial diameter （LAD） ,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter （LVEDd）, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, left ventricular fractional shortening（FS）. Methods 90 Kazaks patients with HF （NYHA Ⅱ - IV class） were recruited, 30 Kazaks patients with ethnic NYHA I level as control. Fasting venous blood were taken,Determination of plasma GDF-15 level,while echocardiography determination various cardiac index for comparison. Results （ 1 ） The plasma levels of GDF-15 in HF group were significantly higher than those observed in the control group（P 〈0.01 ）. （2）The plasma levels of GDF-15 in HF group were in- creased with the classification of NYHA, and the difference between the groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. （3）Related analysis showed that：plasma GDF-15 and cardiac function, LAD, LVEDd posi- tively related（P 〈 0.01 ）, and LVEF, FS is a significant negative correlation （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The plasma GDF-15 levels were significantly higher in Kazaks Patients with heart failure,and the level of GDF-15 has close relationship with cardiac function ,LVEDd, LVEF,FS ,and also has some relevance with the severity of HF.
