摘　　要：目的:比较苦参药材及其配方颗粒中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量。方法:采用HPLC法测定苦参药材及其配方颗粒中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的总量,比较二者含量差异。结果:配方颗粒中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的总量相当于原苦参药材中总量的1/5。结论:原配方颗粒的生产工艺需要改进。Objective： To compare the contents of marine and oxymatrine between Sophora Flavescentis Radix and its dispensing granules. Method ： HPLC was used to determine and compare the total contents of marine and oxymatrine between Sophora Flavescentis Radix and its dispensing granules. Result： The total contents of marine and oxymatrine in dispensing granules was one fifth as that the total contents in Sophora Flavescentis Radix. Conclusion： The production process of the dispensing granules needs to be improved.
