建立合理用药模式对我院处方质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过合理用药模式的建立,提高我院处方质量,进一步达到用药的安全、经济、有效。方法:建立合理用药的模式,根据《处方管理办法》中处方点评工作表的要求,据实填写;对建立合理用药模式前后的处方按处方评价指标进行综合评价。结果:建立合理用药模式后处方合格率由62%上升到80.14%。结论:该模式在我院建立后,处方质量得到大幅度提高,有效减少医患纠纷,不断提高社会效应。Objective： To study the effects of rational administration mode in order to improve the prescription quality and accomplish safe, economical and effective administration. Method ： Retrospective analysis of the prescriptions before and after the establishment of the rational administration mode was carried out according to the requests in prescription management approach. Result： After establishing the rational administration mode, the percentage of the rational prescriptions was 80.14% while 62% before the establishment. Conclusion： After establishing the rational administration mode, the prescription quality is improved significantly and the dispute between the patients and doctors is reduced.
