摘 要:为了提高事故现场路段安全性,预防二次交通事故,将高速公路交通事故现场路段划分为警告区、合流区、缓冲区、事故区、分流区和终止区。综合考虑驾驶员的视野、视力以及需处理的信息类型,建立了合流区和警告区限速值计算模型,将各种信息量化处理后计算得到典型事故现场的限速方案。在仿真环境下,对不同限速方案的通行能力、最大排队长度、平均速度和速度样本标准偏差等指标进行比对。结果表明,通行能力变化不显著,模型计算的限速方案使平均速度有所降低,但同时也降低了最大排队长度和速度标准差,提高了事故现场路段的安全性。In order to improve the safety in traffic accident scene road section in freeway and prevent from the secondary accident, this road section was divided into warning region, confluence region, buffering region,accident region, diffluenee region, and termination region. Taking the driver visual field, visual acuity, and the information needs processing into account comprehensively, the speed- limit models were built for the warning region and confluence region. The speed-limit scheme of the typical traffic accident scene was obtained by quantitative processing of the related informations. The traffic capacities, the max queue lengths, the average velocities, and the standard deviations of the speed samples of different speed-limit schemes were compared in the simulation environment. The results showed that the traffic capacity has no significant difference, the average velocity is lower in the speed-limit scheme, but the max queue length and the standard deviation of speed sample decrease, improving the safety of the traffic accident scene road section.
