摘　　要：改革开放以来,外商投资为我国经济发展做出了积极贡献。福建省作为我国改革开放前沿地带,也是我国外商直接投资的集中地之一。利用外资既可以弥补"资金缺口",又能够在引进外资的同时,充分利用发达国家先进的科学技术和管理方面的经验,进而促进福建省同世界经济的联系,开拓了国际市场。合理利用外资,对福建省经济、社会的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。Sinee the reform and opening up, the foreign investment to China＇s economic development to make positive contribution. As in fujian province in China＇s reform, opening up front strip, China is the foreign direct investment in one of the Windows. A large number of foreign capital into not only to make up for the capital of the gap, also brought the developed countries of the advaneed technology and management experience, deepen the fujian province of contact with the world economy, developed the international market. Reasonable use of foreign capital of fujian province, the economie and social sustainable development has the important practical significance.
