摘　　要：目的探讨人性化服务在笔者所在医院肾脏内科的应用。方法在笔者所在医院肾脏内科实行营造人性化环境、优化服务流程、打造星级化品牌,从而对患者实行全面护理服务。结果人性化护理提高了护理工作质量,美化了整体工作形象,融洽了护患合作关系。结论人性化护理使护理人员思维、服务观念发生了根本变化,提升了其职业自豪感,增强了主动沟通服务意识。Objective To investigate the application of Humanistic Nursing in Nephrology. Methods The medical practice in Nephmlogy created a humane environment, optimized service line process and create star brand, could perform the implementation of a com- prehensive patient care. Results Humanistic Nursing care could improve the quality of work, beautify the overall image of the post and har- monize the nurse - patient relationship. Conclusion Humanistic Nursing care can make nurses thinking a fundamental change in the con- cept of service, enhance her professional pride, and enhance communication services to active awareness.
