摘　　要：目的通过对生活在不同环境的健康老年人静脉血细胞分析对比,建立不同环境的老年人静脉血细胞正常参考范围。方法采集290例健康农村老年人及176例市区内离退休人员静脉血,用sysmexKX-21血细胞分析仪测定各参数。结果两组人群之间红细胞比容及血红蛋白浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对不同生活环境的老年人应分别建立合理的本地区和本实验室健康老年人静脉血细胞分析参考值范围。Objective To analysis and compare the blood cells of those healthy elderly venous living in different environments, and build their blood cells normal reference area. Methods The venous blood of 290 healthy rural aged people and 176 retired people in the city were collected, then determined the parameters in sysmexKX -21 blood cells analyzer. Results The difference between the two groups＇ red blood cells and hemoglobin concentration was obvious （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Based on the old people living in different environments, we shall establish reasonable respectively blood cells reference range of the region and the laboratory analysis of the healthy elderly venous.
