摘  要:PROTOSM5卷接机组上配置的激光打孔装置在生产中很少应用,但左右激光鼓轮却在生产中运转,烟支在传送过程中须经过这两个鼓轮的传递。两鼓轮、对应滚子凸轮、减速鼓轮的作用区域或交接位置是出现挤烟堵塞的多发部位,产生较多的故障停机和废品。如果由设备制造厂家对相关装置进行屏蔽,须购置三个鼓轮,费用太高。为此自行确定解决方案,设计制造了两个结构简单的零件,并通过修改相关参数、改变交接位置,以较低的资金投入成功地完成了技术改造,使设备对非在线打孔卷烟生产的工艺过程控制质量显著提高,减少了设备运行小停顿次数。The equipped laser perforating devices on PROTOSM5 cigarette making and filter assembling machine are rarely used.But the left and right laser drums had been always rotating in the non on-line perforating cigarettes production.The cigarettes must be transferred by these two drums in the delivery process.The cigarettes jam and chaos often arised in the function areas or the transference positions among the two laser drums and their corresponding rolling cams,the decelerating drum,resulting in more downtime and waste.If the laser perforating device bypassed by HAUNI,three drums need to be purchased,which cost too much.The special solution was determined by Qingdao cigarette factory.Two simple parts were designed and manufactured,the relative parameters were altered,the transference position was changed.This technological modification was completed successfully with very low expenditure.The machine process control quality has been improved evidently,its stoppage times were also reduced.
