摘　　要：目的探讨螺旋CT检查对糖尿病患者并发脑出血的诊断价值。方法回顾分析2007年12月～2010年12月期间在笔者所在医院住院的糖尿病并发脑出血的58例患者的CT征象。结果发现糖尿病患者的脑出血部位主要集中在基底节和内囊,其次为脑叶、丘脑、小脑、脑干、脑室。结论 CT检查对糖尿病并发脑出血的患者有重要的诊断意义。Objective Discuss CT examination of patients with diabetes complicated with the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods From December 2007 to December 2010 ,retrospective analysis of our hospital diabetes complicated by cerebral hemorrhage CT findings of 58 patients. Results We found that diabetic patients with cerebral hemorrhage sites mainly in the basal ganglia and internal capsule, followed by the cerebral lobes, thalamus, cerebellum, brain stem, ventricles. Conclusion CT examination in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral hemorrhage has important diagnostic significance.
