摘 要:为了能在控制室中观测直线电机城市轨道试验线车辆运行过程中电量参数变化并实时有效地控制车辆,研究了车辆传感器信号的无线采集与控制系统。系统基于LabVIEW软件构建上位机程序,通过串口通讯方式控制无线模块与下位机之间的指令与数据交互,下位机采用数字信号处理器TMS320F2812编程实现直线电机车辆的变频调速控制,同时采集车辆运行过程中直线电机的电压、电流等传感器信号,将采集到的数据在DSP中经过处理并通过无线传输方式发送到上位机实现人机交互。实验证明在中央控制室中能够实时测量并有效控制试验线车辆的运行状况,发送与接收的数据信号错误率为0.883‰,通过改进程序可以有效屏蔽错误指令。研究表明该无线传输方式在直线电机城市轨道实验线中不仅能够有效实现数据交互,而且达到了预期的控制目的。In order to obtain power parameters of running vehicle in urban mass transit test line with linear motor in the central control room and control the vehicle synchronously, the wireless sensor signal acquisition and control system is developed. It writes the PC program based on the LabVIEW software and transmits the directions and data between wireless communication module and the lower machine through the serial port. The digital signal processor TMS320F2812 was used to realize the VVVF control of linear motor in the lower machine. Voltage, current and other sensor signals were sampled by DSP during the running of the vehicle, for the purpose of human-computer interaction the signals were transmitted to the central control room wirelessly after processed. The experiment results prove the vehicle of test line could be measured and controlled effectively in the central control room, moreover, the error rate of sending and receiving data was 0. 883%0. Through program improvement, instruction error can be effectively avoided. It is shown this proposed system could not only realize data interaction efficiently, but also achieve the desired control objectives in the urban mass transit test line.
