浙江省永嘉县桥下镇社区居民精神疾病流行病学调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解浙江省永嘉县桥下镇社区居民精神疾病流行情况。方法采用线索调查和挨家挨户相结合的方法,以ICD-10,CCMD-3为诊断标准,采用全国精神病防治康复工作统一表卡,先进行挨家挨户摸底线索调查,然后由温州市康宁医院的精神病专科医师对线索精神患者排查,确诊精神病患者及类型。结果永嘉县桥下镇社区居民精神疾病的患者共270例,总患病率为7.24‰。结论永嘉县桥下镇社区居民精神疾病患病率较高,精神分裂症、精神发育迟滞居前2位,需加强精神疾病的防治。Objective To understand the prevalence of psychiatric disease in the residents in Qiaoxia township in Yongjia county in Zhejiang province. Methods Household interview was conducted by using national psychiatric disease survey forms and ICD - 10 and COMD 3 as diagnostic criteria to find out suspected cases of psychiatric disease, the suspected cases were confirmed and classified by psychiatrists from Kangning Hospital in Wenzhou. Results A total of 270 cases of psychiatric disease were diagnosed in local residents, the prevalence was 7. 24%0. Conclusion The prevalence of psychiatric disease was high in the residents in Qiaoxia community in Yongjia county. The prevalence of schizophrenia ranked first, followed by mental retardation. It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and treatment of psychiatric disease.
