摘 要:本文介绍了一种新型空气压缩制冷循环,阐述了低温双压循环原理运用到普冷经济器循环中的工作原理。以稳态热力系统质量方程、能量方程为基础,导出了将低温双压循环原理运用到普冷经济器循环中之后新循环的耗功率、制冷量和性能系数的计算公式;并通过对两者性能系数的比较,分析了这种新型空气压缩制冷循环较普冷中常规带经济器螺杆制冷循环的热力学性能所得到的改进,比较了二者在设备结构上的差异。最终得到结论改进后的新循环具有的便捷性和节能优势。This paper introduced a new kind of air-compression refrbgeration circle, illustrated the working principle that applying cryogenic double pressure refrigeration circle into normal refrigeration circle with screw-economizer, the formula of power consumption, refrigerating capacity and performance coefficient of this new circle were derived based on steady thermal system mass and energy equation; through the comparation between performance coefficients of cryogenic double pressure circle and normal refrigeration CircIe with screw-economizer, the improvement of new circle was analysed, and the convenience and energy saving advantages of this new circle were concluded through comparing the different circle structure .
