多排螺旋CT与胃镜检查在胃癌诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨多排螺旋CT与胃镜检查在胃癌诊断中的应用价值。方法对我院收治的78例经病理检查证实为胃癌患者进行多排螺旋CT与胃镜检查。结果多排螺旋CT检查检出胃癌75例,检出率为96.2%,纤维胃镜检查检出胃癌62例,检出率为79.5%,多排螺旋CT检出率明显高于纤维胃镜检查。结论多排螺旋CT可通过观察清楚的显示整个胃壁、胃腔、肿瘤的位置、形态、结构,是临床上诊断胃癌的重要方法,值得应用。Objective Of multi-slice spiral CT and endoscopy in the diagnosis of gastric cancer in the value of.Methods Admitted to the hospital for 78 patients with pathologically confirmed gastric cancer patients with multi-slice spiral CT and endoscopy.Results Multi-slice spiral CT detected 75 cases of gastric cancer,the detection rate was 96.2%,fiber endoscopy detected 62 cases of gastric cancer,the detection rate was 79.5%,multi-slice spiral CT was higher than gastroscopy.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT can clearly show by observing the whole stomach,the stomach cavity,tumor location,shape,structure,and clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer is an important method,should be applied.
