摘　　要：目的在创建"优质护理服务示范工程"活动中,探讨责任制整体护理在产科中的运行效果,保证优质护理服务的有效实施。方法随机抽查开展责任制整体护理前后收治的住院患者各130例,对比2组患者基础护理合格率、护理不良事件发生率、患者疾病知识知晓率、病人满意度。结果实施责任制整体护理前后基础护理合格率、护理不良事件发生率、患者疾病知识知晓率、患者满意率均有明显差异,P<0.05。结论通过系统化整体护理,促进了优质服务顺利开展。Objective To ensure the practice of high quality nursing by probe the effect of responsibility based integrated nursing on obstetrics patients in the carrying out of quality care project.Methods Each 130 patients were selected before and after the practice of high quality nursing at random in obstetrics ward,and basic nursing qualification ratio,bad nursing event ratio,patients disease knowledge ratio,patients satisfaction ratio were contrasted by the two groups. Results There were significantly difference by the two groups at basic nursing qualification ratio,bad nursing event ratio,patients disease knowledge ratio,patients satisfaction ratio before and after the practice of high quality nursing（P〈0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing was promoted by the carried out of responsibility based integrated nursing.
