摘　　要：为确保120阀压套配合的气密性要求,通过对3种阀套与阀体配合公差的分析,确定将体孔公差由H9提高到H8。同时分析了压套后铰孔的必要性,经大量试验摸清了套内孔变形规律,确定了预留铰孔量。研究结果在批量生产中得到运用,压套配合质量一直保持稳定。To ensure the pressure tightness requirements of the 120 valve's pressing - bushed fit, through the analysing the fit tolerance of three kinds of valve bushes and bodies, we determined to raise the tolerance of hole and body from H9 to H8. At same time we analysed the necessary of reaming after pressing - bushed and found out the deformed law in the hole through a lot of testing. So we got the reaming quality, the result was used in the batch process, the quality of pressing- bushed fit always keeps steady.
