摘　　要：[目的]了解瑞金市儿童国家免疫规划疫苗接种情况。[方法]2011年1月,按照容量比例概率抽样法,在瑞金市的17个乡镇中抽取30个村(居),对12～24、36～48、84～96月龄的儿童合计630名进行入户调查。[结果]调查630名儿童,建卡率为98.25%,建证率为98.10%;国家免疫规划疫苗平均接种率为94.50%,"五苗"全程合格接种率为90.95%,乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率为92.38%。不同月龄和不同地区儿童平均接种率,12～24月龄为98.25%,36～48月龄为91.03%,84～96月龄为88.45%(P<0.01);城区为97.56%,近郊与平原为95.63%,山区为90.50%(P<0.01)。[结论]瑞金市儿童国家免疫规划疫苗接种率较高,大年龄组儿童与山区乡村免疫规划工作亟待加强。[Objective]To understand the situation of national child immunization planning in Ruijin city. [Methods]In January 2011 ,according to capacity ratio of probability sampling method, 30 villages（neighborhood） were selected from 17townships in Ruijin city. 630 children were surveyed by household,Their ages were 12-24 months or 36-48 months or84-96 months. [Results]Among 630 children surveyed, the rate of building cards was 98.25 %, the rate of building permits was 98.10% ,the rate of coverage was 94.50% ,the inoculation rate of ＂ Five basic vaccines＂ full compliance was 90. 950% the rate of first dose of hepatitis B vaccine vaccinated in time was 92.38%;the children average vaccination rate of differ-ent ages and different stages,age group of 12-24 months was 98.25% ,age group of 36-48 months was 91.03% ,age group of 84-96 months was 88.45% （ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The caverage rate of children＇s national immunization program vaccination is relatively high, older age groups and mountain villages immunization planning should be strengthened.
