2010年龙岩市部分人群甲型H1N1流感血清抗体水平及疫苗免疫效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]了解人群甲型H1N1流感(甲流)病毒抗体水平,掌握接种甲流疫苗后的免疫效果。[方法]2010年1～3月,在龙岩市新罗区白砂镇随机抽取0～5、6～17、18～55、56～71岁健康人群合计140人,进行甲流血清抗体检测,对其中抗体阴性者进行甲流疫苗接种前后抗体水平比较。[结果]调查140人,甲流血清抗体阳性率为6.43%。抗体阳性率,男性为2.86%,女性为10.00%(P>0.05);0～5岁为6.67%,6～17岁为14.29%,18～55岁为2.00%,56～71岁为0.00%(P>0.05)。84名抗体阴性者接种疫苗后21d,抗体阳性率为66.67%,明显高于接种前(P<0.01)。[结论]人群甲型H1N1流感抗体阳性率较低,接种甲型H1N1流感疫苗能够产生较好的免疫应答。[Objective]To explore the antibody level against H1N1 virus in some groups, understand the protective effect of H1N1 vaccine. [Methods]A total of 140 healthy population were randomly selected in Baisha township of Xinluo sub-district,Longyan city from January 2010 to January 2011. They were divided into 4 groups according to their age（0-5,6-17,18-55,56-71 years old）. Serum H1N1 antibody was detected. The H1N1 antibody levels of the antibody-negative people were compared before and after vaccination. [Results]The positive rate of HIN1 antibody was 6.43%in 140 people. The antibody-positive rate of men was 2.86~ ,and that of women was 10.00% （ P〈0.05）. that of 0-5 years old was6.67%, 6-17 years old was 14.29%, 18-55 years was 2.00% 56-71 years old was 0.00 M （ P〈 0.05 ）. The positive rate was 66.67% of 84 antibody negative people 21 days after vaccination, significantly higher than before inoculation （ P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The positive rate of H1N1 flu antibody is low among some groups and inoculation of H1N1 flu vaccines can produce better immunity response.
