摘 要:为了减少EMI滤波器的体积,提高开关电源的功率密度,本文提出了一种平面全集成EMI滤波器结构。采用此结构,可以将EMI滤波器的共模电感,差模电感,共模电容和差模电容全部集成到一幅平面磁芯中。给出集成EMI滤波器差共等效电路的高频模型,并推导了其插入损耗的计算公式,实验样机表明实验结果和理论分析以及仿真结果吻合较好。In order to reduce the size of filter and improve the power density of switch mode power supplies, a planar completely integrated EMI filter structure is proposed in this paper. Application of this structure can integrate common mode chokes, differential-mode inductor, common mode capacitors and differential-mode capacitors into one planar core. The integrated EMI filter, which high-frequency modeling of commonraode and differential-mode equivalent circuit are given, furthermore, calculated formulas of insertion loss are deduced. The prototypical experiment indicates that experimental results and theoretical analysis as well as simulated results matched well.
