电子病历应用水平的评估方法研究与分级标准设计

摘　　要：回顾了信息系统评估的方法,分析了国内外对电子病历系统评价与分级的几种主要类型的特点,介绍了对电子病历不同的认识。在广义电子病历概念的基础上,给出了按照我国医院信息化建设特点所制定的电子病历应用水平的评估方法研究结果,并对所设计的分级标准的设计思路、方法及内容给予介绍。同时,介绍了该标准试点的情况和应用的几种方法。It reviewed the assessment methods of information system, analyzed the characteristics of assessment and grading methods for electronic medical record, and introduced different viewpoints on electronic medical record. On the basis of general concept of electronic medical record, it put forward the study results of the application level of electronic medical record, established according to the informatization construction features of Chinese hospitals, and introduced the design idea, method and contents of grading standard. Meanwhile, it introduced the situation of standard pilot project and several application methods.
