摘　　要：医疗服务的可及性是指患病后能够方便及时地获得相应的医疗卫生服务,包括为患者提供方便、快捷、适宜的医疗服务流程,形成互相合作的和谐医患关系,保证患者的医疗护理信息能随患者转移而传递,保持转科、出院、转院后患者的连续性医疗服务等。区域卫生信息化为实现上述目标提供了有力保障。Medical service accessibility means masses could access to medical service conveniently and quickly when they were sick. It includes a convenient, quick and comfortable medical service flowchart for patients, a cooperative and harmonious doctor-patient relationship, and passage of medical records with the patients, continuous medical service of patients after they were transferred or leave the hospital. Localized health informationalization help to realize those targets.
