摘　　要：目的建立兔冻伤模型,观察自制冻疮软膏对兔冻伤后毛发的促生长作用。方法选择普通新西兰大白兔20只,对照组、实验组各10只。备皮,脱毛,经液氮致深Ⅱ度冻伤后进行动物治疗实验,在不同时间取皮,经福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋,切片,常规苏木精-伊红染色,封片固定,观察分析病理切片。结果对照组和实验组比较,毛发生长情况有明显差别。结论自制冻疮软膏对冻伤后毛发生长有一定的疗效。Objective To establish a model of frostbite rabbits and observe the effect of homemade chilblain ointment on frostbite rabbits′hair growth.Methods Twenty rabbits were equally randomized into the control and treatment group.Models of grade Ⅱ were prepared using the liquid nitrogen after hair removal.Skin was taken at different time,fixed by formalin,paraffin embedding,slice,and stained by conventional hematoxylin-eosin.Pathological analysis was observed after fixing.Results During the treatment,the pathology of the hair follicle was different between the treatment group and control group.Conclusion Homemade chilblain ointment has certain curative effect on the hair growth of frostbite rabbit.
