摘  要:目的建立动物模型模拟水母蜇伤,为进一步研究水母蜇伤防治药的药效学奠定基础。方法将家兔随机分为两组,对照组注射0.1 ml生理氯化钠溶液,实验组注射0.1 ml水母毒素,均采用皮内注射。注射后分别在1、2、3、4、5、6、12、24、36、48、60、72 h观察实验区域皮肤红肿情况,并进行皮肤刺激评分。在0、12、24、36、48、60、72 h取家兔耳缘静脉血,用于血常规和C反应蛋白的测定。24、48、72 h时取损伤皮肤做病理切片。结果实验组家兔出现明显的皮肤刺激症状,红肿区域较大并向邻近区域放射,24 h时红肿区域面积最大,皮肤刺激最明显。观察时间范围内,实验组中白细胞计数、C反应蛋白值有明显的变化趋势,在24 h时达最大值。对照组趋于恒定。皮肤病理学结果显示,水母毒素实验组炎症反应剧烈,可见围绕注射点有大量中性粒细胞聚集,与外观观察的大面积的红肿区域相符合。结论成功建立水母蜇伤的家兔模型。Objective To establish an animal model to simulate jellyfish stings so as to study the efficacy of Compound Kuqin Ointment.Methods Rabbits were randomly divided into two groups:the control group that was injected with 0.1 ml normal saline,and the experimental group that was injected with 0.1 ml jellyfish toxin.Intradermal injection was used in both groups.The experimental area of skin irritation was observed in 1,2,3,4,5,6,12,24,36,48,60 and 72 h respectively,followded by scoring.The blood of the rabbit ear vein was collected in 0,12,24,36,48,60 and 72 h to determin blood and CRP.The damaged skin was taken for pathological analysis in 24,48 and 72 h.Results The experimental rabbits developed significant skin irritation.The inflamed area became larger and radiated to neighboring regions until it reached the peak value at 24 h.White blood cells and CRP values changed in the experimental group.The control group remained constant.The results of pathology showed that the experimental group had severe inflammatory reaction,and that there was a large number of neutrophils around the injection site.Conclusion A rabbit model of jellyfish stings is established.
