摘 要:黄姑鱼(Nibea albiflora)是极具海水养殖潜力的高价值经济鱼类。研究不同水温(14~32℃)和盐度(5~45)条件下黄姑鱼受精卵的孵化,结果表明,水温低于17℃和高于32℃时不能孵化;盐度低于15和高于50时也不能孵化。在海水盐度25时,孵化适宜水温为20~29℃,最佳水温为20~23℃;在水温(22.0±0.5)℃时,黄姑鱼孵化的适宜盐度为25~40,最佳盐度为25。通过均匀设计,分析水温(X1)和盐度(X2)对孵化率(Y)的综合影响,获得最佳回归模型为Y=254-4.52X1-2.78X2(R2=0.8808),水温和盐度对回归的贡献率分别为64.8%和55.1%;预测最佳孵化条件为水温20℃、盐度24。Spotted maigre Nibea albiflora is a fish species that has aquaculture potential in China because of its high market value. The incubation of fertilized eggs was studied at the temperature in the range of 14 - 32 ℃ and salini- ty ranging from 5 to 45. Fertilized eggs did not hatch,when the water temperature was below 17℃ or above 32℃. water salinity was below 15 and above 50. With water salinity at 25, the suitable temperature for hatching ranged from 20℃ to 29℃, and the optimum temperature was from 20℃ to 23℃. With water temperature at ( 22.0 + 0.5 ) ℃, the suitable salinity for hatching was in the range of 25 - 40, and the optimum salinity was 25. The opti- mal regression model was obtained through an analysis of temperature (X1 ) , salinity(X2 ) and hatching rate (Y) by homogeneous design, which had the following expression : Y = 254 - 4. 52X1 - 2.78X2 (R2 = 0. 8808). The regres- sion contribution rates of temperature and salinity were 64.8%, 55.1% separately. Model calculation predicted that the optimal hatching temperature was 20℃ and salinity of 24.
