摘　　要：目的:建立艾滋病预防控制效果评价指标体系并确定各指标权重。方法:采用文献分析法和德尔菲法(Delphi法)进行指标的筛选,应用层次分析法计算各级指标的权重。结果:建立了一套3个一级指标、9个二级指标和43个三级指标组成的三级指标体系;一级指标包括支持与保障、过程和绩效,其权重分别为0.37、0.32和0.31;一致性指标CI=0.005。结论:建立的艾滋病预防控制评价指标体系具有较好的科学性、实用性和可操作性。To establish an effect evaluation index system on AIDS prevention and control and to decide the weights. Methods： The indexes were filtered by the method of literature analysis and Delphi method. Analytical hierarchy process was used to calculate the weights at three levels. Results： The index system consists of 3 first-level indexes,9 second-level inde- xes and 43 third-level indexes. First-level indexes include support and guarantee, process, and performance, their weights are 0. 37,0.32 and 0.31, the consistency index is 0.005. Conclusion：The effect evaluation indicators system on AIDS prevention and control is scientific, practical and operable.
