摘　　要：临床路径作为一种新的质量管理模式,以其在提高医疗质量、保障医疗安全、降低医疗费用方面的巨大作用,受到各国医学界的重视。文章介绍了临床路径的背景、特点以及PDCA循环模式理论的来源和内涵,并重点讨论了运用PDCA循环模式促进临床路径各个关键环节的持续改进,对促进临床路径管理在医院有序的开展和医院医疗质量不断提高具有重要意义。As a new kind of quality management mode, clinical pathway has played an important role in improving the quali- ty of medical services, ensuring medical safety and reducing medical costs. The background and characteristic of clinical pathway, and the source and connotation of PDCA cycle mode were introduced. And the application of PDCA cycle mode in continuously improving the key linksof clinical pathway was emphasized ,which is significant to promote the administration of clinical pathway and improving the quality of medical services.
