摘 要:提出了一种基于高压模拟开关和差动运算放大器的串联锂电池组单体电压检测方法,该方法由高压模拟开关、差动运算放大器、绝对值处电路及AD采样电路组成。提供了15串锂电池组电压检测电路,高压模拟开关采用MAX14752,差动运算放大器采用INA148UA。最后给出了15串锂电池组电压检测系统的实验结果,并进行分析。结果表明,该方法具有高精度、对锂电池组影响小、体积小等优点,为电池组的精确均衡及SOC估算提供基础,用于电动车及锂电池储能系统等领域。A method to measure the voltage of a single cell in lithium ion battery was proposed based on high voltage analog switches and differential operational amplifiers. This circuit was composed of high voltage analog switch, differential amplifier, absolute value circuit and AD sampling circuit. A battery voltage measure system for 15 cells in series was provided with MAX14852 for high voltage analog switch and INA148UA for differential operational amplifier. The experimental results were analyzed. And the results show that this method is highly precise and small, has minor influence on the battery pack, and etc, which provides a basic precondition for precise equilibrium and SOC estimation. This method can be applied in energy storage system, electric vehicle, and etc.
