摘 要:针对传统高耗能的锂电池测试系统,提出了一种新型节能分布式电源系统。由前端双向交-直流变流器和后端双向直-直流变换器构成。系统中锂电池充放电能量大多数内部循环,而少量经前端变流器与市电交换。前端交-直流变流器采用双环控制方案,详细分析了内部电流环和外部电压环控制特性,控制器的选择和控制参数的设计。样机的实际测试表明系统稳定,且控制设计合理。Because of the high energy consumption of the conditional Li-ion battery test system, a new energy.--saving distributed power supply system was proposed, which consisted of a front-end bidirectional AC-DC converter and a behind-end bidirectional DC-DC converter. Most of the charge and discharge energy were cancelled inside system, but little energy was needed exchange by the front-end converter. The front-end converter applied a double-loop control method. The inner current-loop and the outer voltage-loop were analyzed, and the controller parameters were designed. One prototype was tested, and the experimental waveforms verified the design of the controller.
