摘 要:叠频法是大功率异步电机热试验的主要方法,传统叠频法设备复杂,维护不便。采用普通变频电源在做叠频测试时,存在母线电压变化大,影响滤波电容寿命,同时电机周期性的加速和减速,再生制动产生的能量往往通过阻性负载耗散掉的缺点。提出使用四桥臂变频电源方案,通过第四个桥臂,构建输出电源中性点,独立控制电机三相线圈电压,实现零序电压和电流的输出,避免了母线电压和电机转速的较大波动。Superposing-frequency method is a main method of high power asynchronous electromotor temperature-rise test due to the complexity and inconvenience maintenance of the traditional superposing-frequency method. When the general variable frequency power source is adopted in the test, the life of filter capacitor can be influenced due to the big change of bus bar voltage. Meanwhile, the energy from regenerative braking of periodic acceleration and deceleration of electromotor may be consumed by resistive load. The scheme of four-leg variable frequency power source was proposed. By the fourth leg, the output power neutral could be structured and the voltage of three-phase electromotor coil could be controlled to realize the output of zero-sequence voltage and current and to avoid a great wave of the bus bar voltage and the rotation speed of electromotor.
