摘 要:链式结构静止同步补偿器(static synchronous compensator,STATCOM)装置具有可分相控制、易于实现模块化设计、可靠性高、谐波特性好、无需多重化变压器、无需器件串联等显著优点,可改善系统暂态稳定,提高系统动态性能,改善用户电能质量,受到普遍重视。链式结构STATCOM的数学模型是研究相应控制策略及装置特性的基础。从单相H桥链节模型入手,研究单相链式STATCOM的动态模型建模方法,分别建立开关周期平均模型和小信号交流模型。通过仿真验证了所建模型的合理性,为装置级控制策略的研究奠定了理论基础。Chain circuit static synchronous compensator (STATCOM) has significant advantages, such as easy to achieve split-control, simple to implement modular design, high reliability, good harmonic characteristics, no multi-transformer and no series connected power semiconductor devices, having been widely studied in improving system transient stability, system dynamic performance and customer power quality. Its mathematical model is the key to studying the corresponding control strategy and analyzing dynamic performance. This paper began with dynamics models of single-phase H-bridge, modeling of single-phase chain circuit STATCOM was studied, switching cycle average model and small signal AC model of single-phase chain circuit STATCOM were established. The simulation results verify the correctness and validity of the models, and the models can lay theoretical foundation for equipment-level control strategy study.
