摘 要:针对硬质合金枪钻刃口钝化的效率低、钝化轮损耗高、刃口形状难控的现状,本文提出将电化学方式与机械方式复合运用到硬质合金刀具刃口钝化中,并对这一钝化工艺方法做探索性的实验研究。实验分为电解和机械去除两道工序,并以电化学过程的机理研究为重点。实验将其他参数固定,选择电压值U和通电时间t为变化参数。实验测量每个参数组合下,刀具刃口形状及刃口半径值。由实验数据及图片得出电解钝化效率,电解电压在14~21 V之间时,电解部分以通电时间t=10 s为界限,5~10 s之间呈上升趋势,10~21 s之间呈近似水平线趋势。经过总结、对比实验结论,证明此工艺方法可控、高效、低耗等优点,可解决硬质合金刀具刃口钝化现存的问题。The current situation of carbide gun drill cutting edge honing is inefficient, high consumption of grinding wheel and difficult to control edge shape. In view of the current situation mentioned above, the method of combining dectrochemical and mechanical polishing was put forward, and some exploratory experiments were made for this method. The process includes two steps, which are electrochemical and mechanical removal. This research is focus on the mechanism of electrochemical. During the experiments, voltage and pewer-on time are the changeable parameters, other parameters are fixed. The cutting edge shape and the cutting edge radius are measured for each combination of the parameters. According to the experimental data and photos, the electrolytic passivation efficiency is deduced. When the electrolytic voltage is be- tween 14-21 V and the power-on time is between 5-10 s, the efficiency is with upward trend. When the power-on time is between 10-21 s, the efficiency is approximately with horizontal line trend. After summary and comparison, it proves that this new method is controllable, high efficiency and low cost. And it could resolve the existing problems of carbide tool edge honing.
