单管程浮头换热器中夹持环形板的校核计算

摘　　要：单管程浮头换热器在工程项目中的运用日渐增多,其管程浮头端出口处的夹持环形板在现行标准中还没有相应的计算方法。文章详细分析该夹持环形板(文中简称环形板)的受力情况,并建立力学模型,提出相对合理的计算与校核办法。The application of single tube pass floating head exchanger to engineering projects is gradually increased.For the annular plate clamped with companion flanges in tube outlet,there isn't a corresponding calculation method in existing standards.This paper analyzes in detail the stress state of the annular plate clamped with companion flanges(annular plate for short in the paper) and sets up mechanical model.The paper finally puts forward relatively reasonable calculation and checking methods.
