关于管壳式换热器设计压力的讨论

摘　　要：设计压力是压力容器设计的前提,也是设计换证施工图重点审查的指标,设计压力的确定直接关系容器的安全可靠与经济合理。文章以管壳式换热器设计为例,对设计压力的确定进行了讨论,提出《换热器数据表》不仅要给出容器的工作压力,尚应考虑"系统附加条件"后给出容器的设计压力。Design pressure is not only the premise of pressure vessel design,but also the standard of high spot reviews for getting Design Appraisal Regulations for Pressure Vessel & Pressure Pipe of shop drawing.The design pressure directly affects the safety,reliability and reasonable economy of vessels.This paper takes the design of tubular heat exchangers as an example and discusses the determination of the design pressure.It puts forward that the working pressure of vessels must be provided for Heat Exchanger Date Sheet and the design pressure of vessels must also be provided after taking system additional conditions into consideration.
