摘　　要：鉴于运动素质特征及评价之于运动训练与选材的重要性意义,论文运用访谈法、测试法、文献法及数理统计法对我国20 km优秀竞走运动员运动素质特征及评价进行了研究。研究在分析男、女优秀竞走运动员运动素质一般特征的基础上,呈现了优秀竞走运动员运动素质结构特征及综合评价模型。研究结果可以为20 km竞走项目体能训练与选材提供理论参考。In view of the important significance of athletic quality characteristics and evaluation in the training and selection, the paper uses the method of interview, test, literature review and mathematical statistics to study on the quality characteristics and evaluation of 20kin elite race walkers. It found that： based on researching the gen- eral features of the athletic qualities of male and female elite race Walkers, it concluded the structure feature and comprehensive evaluation model of the athletic quality of elite race walkers. The results can provide a theoretical reference for physical training and selection of projects.
