摘  要:以苯乙烯、丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯为单体,以十六烷基三甲基氯化铵为乳化剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,采用"核-壳种子乳液聚合"的方法合成了阳离子型聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸异辛酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(CPSEG),并探讨了其作为纸张增湿强剂的应用条件。结果表明:CPSEG能有效提高纸张湿强度和干强度,并且使纸张具有很好的柔韧性。固化温度对纸张湿强度有一定影响,用量为9%,固化温度为140℃时,湿强度可达到38.9%。固化促进剂可降低CPSEG的用量和固化温度。在添加2%DMP-30的条件下,CPSEG用量为6%,固化温度为105℃时,湿强度可达22.5%。用SEM对CPSEG增强纸进行了表征,证明了CPSEG与纸张纤维发生了交联反应,在纤维表面形成了一层防水保护膜。In this research, CPSEG wet-strength agent was gained by using styrene, ethylhexyl acrylate, glycidyl methacrylate as monomer, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as emulsifier, and potassium persulfate as initiator through the method of emulsion polymerization. 1-hen the application conditions of CPSEG were studied. The results showed that: CPSEG can improve the dry strength and wet strength of paper effectively. And the paper has good flexibili~ Curing temperature is key to increase the efficiency of the CPSEG. The wet strength reaches 38.9% when the dosage of CPSEG is 9% at the curing temperature of 140qC. The curing accelerator can reduce the dosage of CPSEG and curing temperature. The wet strength is 22.5% when the dosage of CPSEG is 6% at 105qC while adding 2% DMP-30. Paper with and without CPSEG wet-strength agent were characterized by SEM, It is proved that crosslinking reaction is produced between CPSEG and the fiber. A waterproof protective film is formed on fiber surface.
