摘  要:由水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)与酚醛树脂交联,制备了HPAM/酚醛树脂冻胶体系。该体系中,m(苯酚)∶m(乌洛托品)∶m(四乙烯五胺)=1∶1.5∶1,聚合物HPAM浓度7 000 mg/L。考察了氯化钠和氯化钙浓度、溶液pH、温度对HPAM/酚醛树脂冻胶体系成胶性能的影响。结果表明,HPAM/酚醛树脂冻胶体系耐温可达120℃,当氯化钠浓度为15 000 mg/L,氯化钙浓度为2 000mg/L时,该冻胶体系成胶时间和冻胶强度影响不大,溶液pH值控制在8.0较合适。考察了该冻胶体系的封堵性能,结果表明,该冻胶体系封堵率达99.42%,并具有一定的选择性堵水作用。The HPAM/phenolic resin gelling fluid was prepared by crosslinking hydrolytic polyacrylamide (HPAM) with phenolic resin. In the above gelling fluid, the mass ratio of phenol, urotropine, tetraethylene pentaamine was 1 : 1.5 : 1, the concentration of HPAM was 7 000 mg/L. The effects of conditions such as con- centration of sodium chloride, calcium chloride, pH value of solution, and temperature on the gelling behav- iours of HPAM/phenolic resin gelling fluid were examined. The result showed HPAM/phenolic resin gelling fluid had heat - resistance of 120 ℃. When the concentrations of NaCl, CaC12 were 15 000 and 2 000 mg/L respectively, the gelling time and gelling strength of gelling fluid had no change. It was suitable that pH value of the solution was adjusted at about 8. The plugging property of gelling fluid was examined and the result showed the plugging rate was up to 99.42%, and it also had selective waterplugging property.
