摘　　要：新生代农民工融入城市中遇到权益维护失衡、义务教育失学严重、社会化教育和职业培训不足、文化娱乐形式单调等四个重要问题。服务于农民工的非营利组织在农民工的权益维护、义务教育、社会化教育和职业培训、多样化的文化娱乐提供方面已经发挥了积极作用。今后应进一步加强与当地政府、社区基层组织和工、青、妇组织建立合作关系,加强农民工在组织中的作用和主动性,开发本土资源以维持可持续发展。Firstly, four assimilation problems of the new generation of immigrant workers＇ is analyzed： imbalance of equity safeguard, large number of their dropout children, lack of socialization education and vocational training, monotonous forms of cultural entertainment. Secondly, the roles of NGO are introduced in the above four aspects. Finally, it is important to reinforce NGO＇s cooperation with local government, community organizations and organizations of workers,youth and women. Immigrant workers＇ initiative should also be strengthened and local resources enlarged to maintain sustainable development.
