摘　　要：通过对国内外城市一体化进程中文献信息资源管理科学发展比较及存在的普遍问题和原因分析,研究探讨了建立评估监督管理体系、提高文献资源利用率,明确服务广佛地域经济、文化建设的发展方向,建立科学的共享管理体制与运作机制、确保文献资源建设科学发展,确立广佛文献资源共享计划、实现社会共享发展目标等促进文献信息、资源管理科学发展的具体措施。Based on the comparative review and problem analysis of the scientific management and development of literature and information resources in the process of integration of domestic and foreign cities, this paper suggests establishing an appraisal supervision and management system, improving utilization rate of literature re- sources, orientating services to the economic and cultural construction in Guangzhou and Foshan regions, construc- ting a scientific management system of sharing and operation, ensuring the scientific development of literature re- sources, scheming literature resource sharing plan in Guangzhou and Foshan regions to realize social sharing devel- opment of literature and information resources.
