摘　　要：通过对海南民族地区学生的调查,了解到学生压力的来源和学习态度、师生交往等情况,发现生活环境和文化差异对学生的自信和成长影响很大。尊重差异并且提高师生的文化适应力对帮助学生顺利成长至关重要。Through a survey on the students in Ethnic Areas, we get to know the source of their pressure, their attitude towards study and the relationship between the students and teachers, etc. We found that the living environment and cultural differences have strong influence to the students＇ confidence and development. Respect the differences and improve the students＇ cultural adaptability will be a great help and is essential to the students＇ healthy development.
