手足口病合并心肌损害患儿的心肌酶CK-MB的检测及临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察手足口病合并心肌损害患儿的心肌酶肌酸激酶混合同工酶(CK-MB)的变化及临床意义。方法选择2010～2011年67例手足口病合并心肌损害患儿,检测治疗前血清CK-MB的水平,同时检测66例健康儿童作为对照。并且将治疗前后的CK-MB检测结果进行对比。结果手足口病合并心肌损害患儿治疗前CK-MB的活性为32.67±17.82 IU/L,异常率为62.69%,明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后CK-MB的活性为16.38±4.44 IU/L,异常率为2.99%,明显低于治疗前患儿的CK-MB的活性和异常率(P<0.01)。结论测定手足口病患儿血清心肌酶CK-MB水平有助于了解心肌损害程度,对临床诊治及预后判断具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the changes and clinical significance of serum myocardial enzyme CK-MB in diagnosis of myocardial impairment in children with hand,foot and mouth disease（HFMD）.Methods The clinical data of serum levels of CK-MB in 67 cases of HFMD with myocardial impairment during 2010 to 2011 were retrospectively analyzed,and 66 healthy children were allocated into control group.The results of serum levels of CK-MB were also compared before and after treatment.Results The abnormal rate of serum level of CK-MB in children with HFMD and myocardial impairment were significantly higher than those of control group（P0.01）.The abnormal rate of post-treatment serum level of CK-MB was significantly lower than that of pre-treatment serum level of CK-MB.Conclusion Myocardial enzyme CK-MB can be used as a valuable indicator for diagnosis and observation of the degree of myocardial impairment,and predicting the prognosis of children with HFMD and myocardial impairment.
