摘　　要：在出版转制的变革中,科技期刊的市场化为大势所趋。在市场化经营中,科技期刊的主体构成、经营结构、人才结构、营运体系等几个方面应该做出种种调适,以期尽快形成适合办刊主体定位的科技期刊运作机制。In the course of publishing market-oriented,one of the trends of the science technology periodical development is its marketization reform.The thesis research the adjustment of the science technology periodical about its subject form,management structure,talent structure,and operating system.The purpose is to setvup a suitable science technology periodical management mechanism.
