摘  要:通过对腐蚀机理、装置工艺流程的分析,以及对加氢裂化、蜡油加氢处理、渣油加氢处理等装置几起分馏炉事故的调查,结合系统内多家炼油厂加氢装置分馏炉的使用情况,提出加氢装置分馏炉(含分馏塔进料加热炉、分馏塔底重沸炉)炉管有效的选材原则。In Material Selection Guideline for Design of Major Equipment in Key Units Processing Sour Crude Oil(SH/T3096-2001),the tube material selection for hydrogenation unit fractionators feed heating furnace is carbon steel or Cr5Mo.Some designers think such materials are inadequate.They put forward that these materials should be upgraded to Cr9Mo or Based on the analysis of corrosion mechanism,unit process,as well as several furnace accident investigations in hydrocracking,wax oil hydrotreating,residue oil hydrotreating units and the application in some refineries,this paper proposes the effective principles of tube material selection for the fractionator feed heating furnace and fractionator reboiler furnace.
