摘　　要：蜂窝密封具有良好的封严特性和阻尼特性,应用于石化行业叶轮机械能明显改善机组性能。分别对轴流压缩机、轻催烟气轮机及50MW发电汽轮机进行蜂窝密封技术改造,有效地解决了轴端泄漏、带粉尘的烟气泄漏、润滑油含水及低压缸湿度大、动叶片严重水蚀等问题。良好的改造效果表明,蜂窝密封有利于提高机组运行效率和安全稳定性,在石化行业有广阔的应用前景。Honeycomb seal has excellent sealing and damper performance.It can improve the integral performance of turbo machineries in petrochemical industries.Technological transformations were completed for axial compressor,flue gas turbine and steam turbine with honeycomb seal technology.Problems such as seal leakage,lubricant oil deteriorated by water,rotary blades flushed by water drops were solved effectively.The available transformation effects showed that honeycomb seal could improve the operating efficiency and stability of turbo machineries,and had an expansive application prospect in petrochemical industries.
