益气托毒法治疗手足口病的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:总结目前手足口病的中医治疗情况,并观察黄芪在手足口病中的治疗作用;方法:在辨证治疗核心处方中加入3～9g黄芪,记录30例手足口病患儿每天体温情况,观察住院天数。结果:经过治疗,多数患儿体温迅速下降,至第3日已无体温超过39℃的患儿,住院6日之后,所有患儿痊愈出院,未见后遗症、并发症和药物不良反应。结论:手足口病治疗过程中适当应用黄芪益气托毒,通过调节免疫力,可以起到增强机体抵抗病毒能力、预防次生感染的目的。Objective ： To summarize the current status of traditional Chinese medicine treatment against hand foot and mouth disease （HFMD）, and to observe the role of astragalus mongholicus in treatment against HFMD. Methods：Daily body temperature and hospitalization days were recorded in a HFMD patients group with 30 children. Results ：Patients re- ceived oral drugs and local external drug application. Patients have been treated and discharged in 5 days, with good prognosis. Astragalus mongholicus acted to benefit Qi and pushed out Toxic in treatment. It would also adjust immunity to enhance body defense against virus and to prevent secondary infections.
