摘　　要：目的:探讨外治慢性湿疹有效的中药及剂型。方法:归纳、统计近年来外治慢性湿疹的中药及剂型。结果:近年来外治慢性湿疹出现频数最多的中药有苦参、冰片、黄柏等,使用最多的剂型有洗剂、软膏等。结论:开发更有效的中药复方,丰富中药外治剂型存在着极大的市场空间。Objective：Explore the effective traditional Chinese medicine and dosage forms for external treatment of chronic eczema. Method：Summarize and statistic formulations for external treatment of chronic eczema. Result： In recent years, Traditional Chinese medicine such as sophora flavescens, borneol, cortex phellodendri and etc is the most frequen- cy drugs in external treatment of chronic eczema and the most commen dosage form is lotion, ointment, etc. Conclusion： There is a great market for developing more effective compound recipe of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and enriching Chinese medicine external treatment patch.
