摘 要:目的:观察冠心平对血管内皮分泌因子NO、NOS、ET、AngⅡ水平的影响,探讨冠心平治疗冠心病的相关机制。方法:采用金黄地鼠喂饲以高脂饲料,建立动脉粥样硬化模型,模型建立后,随机分成正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性药对照组、冠心平大、小剂量组,各组给予相应药物,8周后,检测金黄地鼠外周血清中NO、NOS、AngⅡ含量和血浆中ET的水平。结果:冠心平具有升高高脂饲料致金黄地鼠冠状动脉粥样硬化后血清NO水平和降低血浆ET含量的作用,同时也可以降低血清AngⅡ水平和调节NOS水平。结论:冠心平通过对血管内皮因子NO、NOS、ET、AngⅡ水平的调节,达到改善动脉粥样硬化症状,保护冠心病患者心脏和血管的作用。Objective : The essay is meant to observe the effects of Guanxinping on the levels of NO, NOS, ET and AngII secreted by vascular endothelial and discuss possible mechanism of Guanxinping in treating coronary heart disease. Methods : Feed mesocricitus auratus with high fat diet in order to establish a model of AS. After the model was built, we divided models into normal control group, model group, positive control group, low dose group, and high dose group. Administration in each group with each drug lasted for 8 weeks. Then detect NO, NOS, ET,AngII in serum and plasma of mesocricitus auratus. Results : Guanxinping decreased ET, AngII and NOS and increased the level of NO secreted by vascular endothelial. Conclusion : Guanxinping could have effects of adjusting the levels of NO, NOS, ET and AngII in order to protect heart and vessels of AS patients.
